N\u00e4mlich mehr Kugeln als B\u00e4lle, aus einem festen Kunststoffmaterial, und ziemlich schwer; sie am Ende des Trainings wieder in ihr Regal zu wuchten ist f\u00fcr eine Einzelne gar nicht so einfach. Kugel \u2013 das ist, wie Einrad oder Hochseil vor allem etwas, bei dem es um Balance geht.
